You can now register for more than 1,000 fall courses. Most are open to both non-credit and credit students. For fall 2005 courses and schedules, request a New School Catalog, or select an area of study below.

It's still not too late to take a course at The New School this summer.

To review late-starting courses and (if you wish) register on line, go to http://kaplan.dialnsa.edu/register.
  1. Use the Advanced Search (under "Search Courses" in green banner).
  2. Make sure the Semester button is marked for Summer.
  3. Under the Optional list, select Courses Starting Late in the Term. (This will show you all late-starting courses. Use other buttons to narrow your search further if you wish.)
  4. When you have selected your options, click on the Go Search button on the far right side of the page.
  5. Courses will be displayed by subject code. Scroll down to see what's available.
  • Summary of Courses Starting July-August
    Professional-level certificate courses in cooking, catering, and cake decorating are scheduled to begin in July and August. There are also short courses in public speaking, visual arts, dance and movement, business and financial planning, computer instruction, and wine.

Courses are offered day and night, weekdays and weekends, or The New School can come to you, anytime, anywhere, on line through New School Online University.
